When I need to customize a product through DIY, how should I operate ?

Enter the "DIY Customization" section on the official website, select the product category you want to customize, choose the configuration options according to the page prompts, upload design files (if any), and complete the customization after confirming the order information and paying the fee.

 When I am not satisfied with a customized product ?

Due to the uniqueness of customized products, they do not support no-reason returns or exchanges unless there are quality problems or our responsibility. If there are quality problems, please refer to the above after-sales process.

Do I need to check the detailed product information ?

You can view the specification parameters, material descriptions, usage guides, etc. on the product details page. If you have any questions, you can contact the online customer service on the official website or call the pre-sales consultation for further information.

Do I find quality problems with the product after purchase?

Please contact the after-sales customer service; Email: ledfoy@ledfoy.com) within 3 days after signing for the product, and provide problem descriptions and clear photos/videos. We will arrange return, exchange or repair services according to the actual situation.

When I encounter technical problems during product use?

You can log in to the "Help Center" on the official website to view solutions to common problems, or directly contact the technical support team (Email: tech@ledfoy.com). We will respond to your needs within 24 hours.

Do  I need to know the shipping time of an order?

Regular products will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days after the order payment is successful. For customized or pre-sale products, the shipping time will be clearly marked on the product details page or order confirmation page.

Do I need to check the logistics progress?

You can log in to your account, click the "Logistics Tracking" button of the corresponding order on the "My Orders" page to get real-time logistics information. You can also query on the official website of the third-party logistics provider through the logistics tracking number.

Do I make an international purchase and worry about customs duties for logistics?

International orders may incur customs duties, value-added taxes and other fees, subject to the customs policies of the destination country/region. Some products offer a "tax-included" service. Please pay attention to the instructions when placing an order. For non-tax-included orders, the taxes and fees shall be borne by you.

Do  I find that the package is delayed or lost?

If there are any logistics abnormalities, please contact the customer service in a timely manner (Email:ledfoy@ledfoy.com).. We will verify the situation with the logistics provider and assist you in following up. If necessary, we will provide re-delivery or refund solutions.

Do  I need to apply for a refund or return?

· The product has quality problems;

· The received product does not match the order description;

· Within 3 days from the date of signing for the product, the product remains intact and does not affect secondary sales (except for customized products).

When my refund application is approved, how long will it take to be credited?

After the review is passed, the refund will be returned to the original payment account. It will take 7 - 15 working days for credit card payments and 10 - 15 working days for third-party payment platforms (such as PayPal, Alipay).

When I need to return a product, who will bear the shipping fee?

If the return is due to product quality problems or our responsibility, the shipping fee will be borne by us. For returns due to non-quality problems, the shipping fee shall be borne by you.

When I need to apply for franchise?

· Have legal business qualifications and a good business reputation;

· Have certain financial strength and sales channels;

· Identify with the brand concept and business model of LEDFOY.

 When I need to apply for influencer cooperation with LEDFOY?

You can send a cooperation intention email to info@ledfoy.com. Please include your social media platform accounts, number of followers, content style, past cooperation cases and other information in the email. We will evaluate and reply within 5 working days.

When I need to apply for brand collaboration with LEDFOY?

Please send your brand introduction and collaboration proposal to ledfoy@ledfoy.com. The content should include collaboration ideas, expected effects, cooperation advantages, etc. We will communicate with you within 7 working days after receiving it.
