LEDFOY.COM User Agreement
I. Definitions and Scope of Application
(A) Core Definitions
1. "User": Refers to all natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations that register, browse, or use the services of this website.
2. "Product Base Price": Refers to the original price of the product itself, including basic costs such as production, research and development, and raw materials.
3. "Configuration Service Fee": Refers to the service fees generated based on the user's personalized configuration of the product (such as customized functions, special packaging, language version adaptation, etc.).
4. "Shipping Subsidy": Refers to the partial subsidy provided by the platform for international shipping fees based on the user's shipping address country/region (specific subsidy rules shall be subject to the checkout page).
5. "Cross - border Transaction": Refers to the commodity trading and service behavior between the user and the platform across different countries/regions, involving international logistics, customs clearance, foreign exchange settlement, and other links.
(B) Agreement Validity
This agreement applies to all behaviors of users using the cross - border e - commerce services provided by LEDFOY.COM (domain name: LEDFOY.COM, hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") (including but not limited to product browsing, order placement, payment, logistics tracking, etc.). By registering or using the Platform's services, the user is deemed to have agreed to be bound by this agreement and other rules publicly announced by the Platform (such as the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, etc.).
II. Service Content and User Rights
(A) Platform Services
1. Provide users with global product information display, online transactions, cross - border logistics, after - sales support, and other services.
2. Provide personalized configuration options (if any). Users can select product specifications, additional services, etc. according to their needs, and the configuration service fees will be separately listed at the order checkout.
3. The scope and amount of shipping subsidies shall be subject to the display on the order checkout page. Cross - border fees such as shipping fees, customs duties, and value - added taxes other than the subsidized part shall be borne by the user (see Section III of Article 4 for details).
(B) User Rights
1. Independently select products and configuration services, and view the complete price composition (Product Base Price + Configuration Service Fee ± Shipping Subsidy/Difference).
2. Have the right to know about order information, logistics status, and cost details, and can inquire through the account backstage or customer service channels.
3. Legally enjoy the right to return or exchange products (specific rules shall be subject to the Return and Refund Policy).
III. Pricing System and Payment Rules
(A) Price Composition
1. Product Base Price: Subject to the real - time price marked on the product details page, which may be adjusted due to market fluctuations, promotional activities, etc.
2. Configuration Service Fee: Calculated item by item according to the additional services selected by the user (such as customized engraving, function upgrades, language adaptation, etc.), and the amount will be clearly listed on the order confirmation page.
3. Shipping Fees and Subsidies:
1. The Platform estimates the shipping fees based on the user's shipping address. The amount of shipping subsidies will be directly deducted from the payable shipping fees (for example, "Estimated shipping fee: $50, Platform subsidy: $20, User actual payment: $30").
2. If the actual shipping fees exceed the estimate due to reasons such as customs inspection or address change, the user shall make up the excess part (the Platform will notify in advance).
(B) Payment Methods
1. Support international credit cards (Visa/Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and local payment tools (such as Alipay Global, GrabPay, etc., subject to the checkout page for details).
2. The default payment currency is subject to the currency in which the product is priced (such as USD), and real - time conversion for some currencies is supported (exchange rates are subject to the real - time quotes of the payment institution).
(C) Tax Explanation
1. Import duties, value - added taxes, consumption taxes, etc. that may arise from cross - border transactions shall be borne by the user and paid in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country/region.
2. The Platform may handle customs clearance procedures on behalf of the user, but the relevant taxes and fees shall be prepaid by the user at the order checkout or paid through the logistics provider.
IV. Order and Logistics Rules
(A) Order Confirmation
1. After the user submits an order, payment must be completed within 30 minutes; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
2. After the order is 生效 (effective), information such as product configuration and shipping address cannot be modified. If changes are required, the original order needs to be cancelled and a new order placed.
(B) Logistics Timeliness
1. International logistics timeliness is affected by factors such as customs policies of the destination country/region and the efficiency of logistics providers. The estimated timeliness will be displayed on the product details page or order page (such as "10 - 15 working days").
2. In case of logistics delays caused by force majeure (such as epidemics, natural disasters, trade controls, etc.), the Platform shall not bear liability for breach of contract, but will assist users in following up on the logistics status.
(C) Receipt and Inspection
1. Before signing for the package, the user needs to check the integrity of the package. If problems such as damage or shortage are found, the user needs to contact customer service within 48 hours after signing and provide photo/video evidence.
2. Once the product is signed for, it is deemed that the user has confirmed that there are no appearance defects. For functional problems, the product can be processed according to the Return and Refund Policy.
V. User Obligations and Prohibited Acts
(A) Information Provision Obligations
1. When registering, users need to provide true and accurate personal information (such as name, address, contact information). Consequences such as failed logistics and increased taxes caused by incorrect information shall be borne by the user.
2. In cross - border transactions, users need to cooperate in providing documents required for customs clearance (such as scanned copies of ID cards/passports, tax registration numbers, etc.); otherwise, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
(B) Prohibited Acts
1. It is prohibited to maliciously profit from platform vulnerabilities (such as abusing shipping subsidies, false returns, etc.).
2. It is prohibited to transfer, rent, or authorize others to use the account. Losses caused by account leakage shall be borne by the user.
3. It is prohibited to publish or spread false information, infringing content, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
VI. Intellectual Property Rights and Data Protection
(A) Intellectual Property Rights
1. All page designs, product images, text content, etc. on the Platform are owned by the Platform, and users are not allowed to copy, modify, or disseminate them without permission.
2. For content such as user - uploaded reviews and feedback, the user is deemed to have authorized the Platform to use it free of charge (including but not limited to display, promotion), but the Platform shall not tamper with the user's original content.
(B) Data Protection
User information protection complies with the LEDFOY.COM Privacy Policy. The Platform promises not to disclose user privacy to third parties, except as required by laws and regulations or with the user's explicit authorization.
VII. Liability Limitation and Dispute Resolution
(A) Scope of Liability
1. The Platform only bears limited liability for product quality and service performance. Losses caused by user operation errors, address errors, changes in destination policies, etc. shall not be compensated by the Platform.
2. If there are quality problems with the product, the Platform will provide after - sales guarantees according to the Return and Refund Policy, and will not bear indirect liabilities exceeding direct losses (such as profit losses, time costs, etc.).
(B) Dispute Resolution
1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions), except where the laws of the user's country/region have mandatory provisions.
2. In case of disputes, both parties shall first resolve them through customer service negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Platform.
VIII. Agreement Amendment and Termination
(A) Agreement Amendment
The Platform may modify this agreement according to laws, regulations, business adjustments, etc. The revised content will come into effect 30 days after being publicly announced on the Platform. If the user continues to use the services, it is deemed that the user accepts the new agreement. If the user does not agree to the amendment, the user can cancel the account and stop using the services.
(B) Account Termination
1. Users can cancel their accounts at any time. After the account is cancelled, the data in the account will be deleted or anonymized (except as required by law).
2. If the user violates this agreement, the Platform has the right to freeze or cancel the account, terminate the services, and will not bear any liability for compensation.
IX. Other Provisions
1. For matters not covered in this agreement, other rules publicly announced by the Platform shall prevail.
2. The Chinese and English versions of this agreement have the same legal effect. In case of any conflict, the Chinese version shall prevail.
